• Receiving and processing all invoices and credit notes to the correct vendor accounts 
• Coding invoices to the correct division and GL – distributing to the correct functional manager.
• Investigating supplier queries re payment due dates and any discrepancies (if any). 
• Posting shipping costs to stock invoices 
• Preparing payment runs 
• Monthly statement reconciliations between supplier statements and ERP postings 
• Investigating variances (qty and price) with retail stores and buying teams 
• Supplier maintenance and new supplier onboarding and validation checks – create supplier in the system, cross check all details provided 
• Assist with ad-hoc requests from the wider finance team
