 The first time I worked here was to learn the fabric production processes from the first

stage to the finished fabric.

 The first step is to distinguish different types of yarn to produce rustic fabric, starting

from spinning the weft yarn and sizing the warp yarn, then the weft yarn is wound
onto the yarn spools after the spinning is completed and the warp yarn is finished. The
yarn is wound into beams of yarn after the sizing is completed, then transferred to
weaving machines to weave fabric products, and then transferred to the dyeing factory
to first process and clean the fabric, then proceed to processing. Putting fabric into
fabric dyeing machines and finishing stages and then finishing products and
warehousing finished products.

 Product cost calculation here is applied according to the main raw material cost

method.
