-  Deal with the Audit firm in twice times per year for auditing the report in VAS 

-  Making the IFRS report (Consolidate report) 

-  Cooperate  with  the  Audit  firm  to  complete  the  transfer  price  report  (Local  file  and  master 

file) 

-  Deal  with Bank for all of reports and document of Bank request for taking the loan  (Short-

term loan or long-term loan) 

-  Deal with the State bank to extra and register the new long-term loan
