recruiting for the position in the Financial Accounting Department. I believe that I

I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Financial Accounting (Lac Hong University) 

and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Law (University of Economics and Law). I hold a 
B-level English certificate, a B-level IT certificate, an N4 Japanese language 
certificate, a tax reporting certificate, and an accounting manager training 
certificate. I am proficient in accounting software, MS Office, and MS Project. 

I have over 15 years of experience, including 6 years as a field and general accountant 

in construction companies and 9 years as the head of accounting in project 
management offices (mainly managing high-rise buildings, office spaces, and 
shophouses, categorized as Class I projects). During this time, I have gained 
extensive experience in: 

• 

Preparing VAT and personal income tax declarations monthly and quarterly. 

• 

Compiling annual financial statements, finalizing personal income tax, and 

corporate income tax annually. 

• 

Handling all procedures related to tax accounting and company banking reports. 

• 

Preparing internal reports as required by the board of directors and board of 

management of each company. 

• 

Conducting tax finalizations with tax authorities and preparing VAT refund 

documents. 

• 

Compiling legal documents for construction projects.
