Daily collection money and deposit in the bank & reconcile all cost, payment, cash, bank card, banks transfer and pending due.
Preparing all VAT, PIT, Income Tax Reports and submitting to the Tax Government as per VN laws, having good relationships with them for useful related jobs.
Daily, weekly, monthly expense etc... for the restaurant should have the approval from Director.
Regist/Submitting Staffs’ Social/Medical Insurance as per Labour Laws.
Keeping in close touch with Tax Government, Authorities…whatever concerned to make the restaurant work smoothly.
Coordinate with Chief Accountant & other departments.
Controlling all cashflow in and out, inventory of materials in and out.
Any expenses or payment for suppliers or buying from market etc... should also have approval from Director.
Controlling/Checking all costs/payments referring to restaurant activities.
Controlling daily foods and drinks.
Negotiate and work with all purchasers and suppliers related to the restaurant
Looking for sources of material for restaurants.
Good English skills both verbal and written.
