At 4Cs, we believe that the choices we make every day about the food we eat – from where it comes from, to how it is sourced, prepared, and delivered – directly influence the quality of our lives, communities, and environment.

Our pasta, gnocchi, and ravioli are 100% freshly homemade, and our doughs and bread are all made in-house with long-term fermentation (48H) to ease digestion, all our juices are cold pressed without added sugar or ice, our Sushi bowl and salads are much more than just a bunch of ingredients tossed together and everything we serve to our hungry customers is additive and plastic free. 

All of our fairly-priced signature dishes are diligently elaborated by Olivier and Alessio our Executive Chefs, to be tasty, flavorful, well-balanced, and nutrient-rich and we are aiming to expand our concept nationwide.
