Main Purpose: Responsible for managing all accounting and financial operations, ensuring compliance with Vietnamese regulations and group policies. Provide accurate and timely financial reports, control risks, and optimize cash flow for efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the parent company and government authorities.

• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards, tax laws, and FDI regulations.

• Handle all tax matters (CIT, VAT, PIT, FCT, TP), including filings, audits, and tax planning.

• Manage reports to the Tax Department, State Bank of Vietnam, Ministry of Industry and Trade, Project Management Board, and other agencies.

• Coordinate with auditors and internal teams for annual audit and financial reviews.

• Control cash flow, payment approval, and banking operations; optimize idle funds.

• Analyze costs, identify variances, and provide management with improvement recommendations.

• Coordinate with Purchasing, Logistics, and other departments to ensure full compliance with tax and customs regulations.

• Supervise accounting operations: GL, AR/AP, payroll, inventory, and fixed assets.

• Lead and train the accounting team to enhance expertise, accuracy, and compliance awareness.

• Maintain systematic document storage and ensure audit-readiness at all times.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Chief Accountant Certificate (Vietnam).

• 10+ years of experience (4+ years in leadership).

• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese tax, accounting, and customs regulations.

• Experience in FDI- EPE companies and working with banks, auditors, and authorities.

• English communication and solid analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Preferred ERP system experience (Oracle or SAP etc)

• 3–4 Saturdays off per month
