Tuyển dụng Kế toán trưởng

• Finance Policy & Compliance Management: Create and assess financial systems to ensure adherence to national accounting and tax regulations, while monitoring internal controls to mitigate financial risks.

• Team Building & Management: Develop and oversee the finance team structure, allocate resources effectively, and enhance team skills. Promote cross-departmental collaboration to integrate financial operations with overall business functions.

• Financial Review & Risk Control: Perform regular account assessments to identify and address irregularities or risks, and ensure payment requests comply with internal approvals and business confirmations.

• Tax Declaration & Compliance: Manage tax declarations on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, assist with tax audits and settlements, and prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for management analysis.

• Document Management & Audit Support: Ensure proper organization of accounting records to satisfy audit and inspection requirements.Financial Planning & Strategic Support: Assist in financial planning, providing guidance on fund allocation, cost control, and investment strategies.

• Other Duties: Undertake additional tasks assigned by senior management, including system implementations or support in mergers and acquisitions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Accounting.

• Language: fluent English OR Chinese

• Must hold a CPA Vietnam license or another accounting certificate officially recognized by the Vietnamese Ministry of Finance that grants signature authority.

• At least 2 years of experience in finance/accounting, including 1+ year in a teamlead role.

• Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel;

• Familiar with Vietnamese accounting standards and international financial reporting practices, able to work with government or local authorities;
