The Core Job

Accountant (80%)

• Issue VAT invoices, monitor and reconcile accounts receivable from customers; record and process the company’s expenses and revenue.
• Manage internal payables/receivables and vendor accounts; execute collections and payments on time, prepare expense plans and cash flow reports.
• Prepare periodic financial and management reports; handle tax declarations (VAT, PIT, foreign contractor tax, etc.), liaise with tax authorities and banks.
• Track employee attendance, calculate payroll, handle social insurance and related employee benefits; draft, file, and maintain labor contracts and HR records.

Admin (20%)

• Perform administrative tasks: procure assets, equipment, and office supplies; organize company birthdays, trips, and events.
• Carry out other tasks assigned by the direct manager.

You Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting software and skills in preparing and analyzing reports are a plus.
• Honest, detail-oriented, highly responsible, and able to follow processes with accuracy.
• Professional, proactive, well-organized, and able to work under high pressure.
• English proficiency is an advantage.
