Responsibilities

• Ensure all accounting activities of the company are recorded properly according to the Vietnamese law and to company requirements.

• Performs the job in the accounting department as: following and checking on bank transaction, payment transfer, receivable and payable; issuing VAT invoice; and input data into accounting software.

• Tax declaration and finalization (VAT, CIT, FCT, PIT…)

• Coordinates with other departments, internal audit from Head Office and external parties.

• Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements and skills

Bachelor Degree in Accountant

At least 1 year experience in General Accountant position

Understand accounting and tax regulations

Withstand high pressure, especially to be honest

Well trained in Xeros and international accounting software and procedures

Experiened in working with Vietnam tax and its policies

Experienced in working in international accounting standards
