I.RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
Costing and Inventory
- Verify purchase receiving transaction to ensure three-way matching is fully performed.
- Prepare inventory movement report base on reconciliation.
- Tracking and analyst logistic/freight cost to prepare material sourcing report and purchase price variance.
- Prepare report Weekly Inventory Aging, then highlight risk on inventory account and calculate inventory provision base on Group Accounting Policy.
- Prepare summary report manufacturing costs for spare-part consumption, utilities.
- Assist on standard costing report preparation and update the standard cost changes.
- Prepare detailed account analysis and reconcile recovery, expenses, and inventory to ensure data completeness and accuracy between subledger and general ledger.
- Responsible for master management related to costing and inventory.
- Prepare a reconciliation scrapped volume with system figures.
- Control documentation on stock-take, cycle-count, and inventory adjustment/write-off.
- Perform month-end/year-end closing activities on inventory and costing function.
- Support full year physical inventory count and ensure the variance is timely adjusted.
Audit and Internal Control Compliance
- Maintain some of internal control documentation and perform test internal controls on inventory & reporting.
- Support internal and external auditors (KPMG/EY/CSA/IA) on financial accounts.
Others:
- Independently manage petty cash receipt/disbursement and record cash register to performance reconciliation in monthly basis.
- Collaborate with SCM Planning & Operation teams on purchase price, inventory management.
- Other tasks as the requirement;
