1. OBJECTIVE

Oversee and analyze cost, productivity and yield ensuring actual is consisent with company budget and target yield. Develop and update costing system, identify cost savings opportunities and improvement of profitabilty.

2. DESCRIPTION

• Analyze and evaluation cost data for accuracy and compliance of company policy, prepare weekly reports for BOD accordingly.
• Drive key analysis and devlopment of standard cost
• Determine projects to cut costs and improve profitability
• Monitor operational KPI and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and minimize cost
• Financial "leakages" in the organzaton and offer recommendations to close them
• Audit integrity of data and key SOPs, ensuring departments stay disciplined and compliant within company policy
• Perform key analysis of new business opportunities as directed by BOD

4. POLICY

• Location: Ho Chi Minh City
• Direct supervisor: BOD
• Working time: 08:00 - 17:00 (from Monday to Friday and 1 Saturday/ month)
• Add: Lot 38-43, Road 2, II Linh Trung EPZ, Binh Chieu Ward, Thu Duc Dist, Ho Chi Minh City;

•  Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field (essential).
•  5-7 years of Cost Accounting work experience with wood industry essential).
•  Sound understanding of Accounting principles.
•  Solid cost systems background.
•  Strong understanding of processes, systems and be good with numbers.
•  Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•  Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•  Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•  Excellent report-writing, communication and IT skills.
