Chief Accountant (Dist 7, HCMC)

A company specializing in Hypermarket and retail distribution.

- Maintains general records of accounts according to established accounting classifications, including various ledgers, registers and journals.

- Preparation of periodic financial accounts, plans, budgets and forecasts.

- Establish and implement accounting policies in compliance with the corporate policies as well as statutory requirements.

- Manage cash flows, payments, banking functions.

- Organizing the implementation of inventory of goods, assets, and periodic liquidation of assets according to regulations and when requested.

- Managing debts, controlling pre-deducted expenses, allocating tools and equipment, and depreciating fixed assets according to regulations in accordance with accounting standards.

- Planning revenue and expenditure, controlling cash sources to coordinate cash sources in a timely manner.

- Ensure adequate internal controls are established and procedures implemented to safeguard and protect the Company's assets.

- Handle all financial matters of the Company including financial reporting, banking, auditing and taxation issues, budget and forecast reviews.

- Appraise, analyze and interpret operating results of business units, making recommendations for corrective actions for improvement of results by cost reductions, cash flow and profitability improvements, productivity and business growth.

- Be responsible for developing and maintaining policies to prevent fraud or other financial irregularities.

- Preparing documents, providing and explaining inspection data, tax settlement when requested.

- Advising the Board of Directors on financial control and operation.

- Performing other tasks as required by the Board of Directors.

* Work location: Dist 7, HCMC.

* Date/time of working: Mon – Fri, 8:30- 17:30.

- Graduated from university in the majors of Corporate Finance, Accounting, Auditing.

- Experience of 5 years in a similar position. Priority is given to those who have worked in a FDI company specializing in Retail, Hypermarket.

- Have a Chief Accountant certificate.

- English language, both written and verbal.

- Have experience working on ERP systems.

- Have the ability to manage, train and develop staff, and coordinate well with departments.

- Understand accounting, tax and law.

- Have the ability to compile, synthesize and analyze data.

- Have the ability to manage information data, report and provide good financial information.

- Be honest, careful, meticulous, and have a high sense of responsibility.

- Withstand high pressure at work.
