ABOUT ROLE
Fully in charge of Finance and Accounting departments to ensure compliance with regulations, and provide financial guidance to support business objectives.
- Position: Finance Controller cum Accountant
- Work Experience: At least 4-5 years experience in Finance and Accounting roles, with specific experience in logistics/distribution, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
- Academic Qualification: Bachelor of Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Finance:
- Develop and oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and soon with payroll.
- Implement and maintain efficient financial systems and processes.
- Oversee and manage the activities of the Finance, Legal Compliance, and Accounting departments.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective risk assessment and management strategies.
- Monitor market trends and economic factors affecting the organization.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop financial strategies aligned with company goals.
- Provide financial insights to support business expansion and investment decisions.
2. Accounting:
- Ensure a smooth operation in Accounting department, especially for all areas: Later income, Fixed Asset, Tax, Cost, and Invoice control.
- Ensure the accuracy, and deadline respect for internal & external reporting.
- Stay current on accounting principles and regulations, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and standards.
- Manage funding relationships with investors, banks.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and coordinate with external auditors.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
3. Legal:
- Assist in drafting and reviewing the contract and related documents.
- Consulting and drafting legal documents related to the company's organizational structure and shareholders.
