1.Main duties
-Build-up & manage accounting control system to ensure the accounting jobs of company in compliance with the accounting principles & government law and respond to issue financial & internal reports accurately, timely and sufficiently.
-Control budget & cash flow to save cost and increase productivity.
-Review and improve accounting and operating procedures with appropriate internal controls and measures.
-Manage & eliminate cash flow, payment, tax risk…
-Work with tax consulting agencies for all questions relate to business, contract or a specific operation.
-Working with System Company for Import Function and all other reports required and Implement all processes, focus in business and management.
-Work with Bank, other department for setting up new stores comply with Group Policy.
-Produce and training process, policy to new staff for new stores to ensure the records are accurate.
-Training to staffs well acknowledge, supervise staff in other additional issue.
-Support other department with all works new store that require accountant competencies.
2.Rules and Regulations
-Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.
-Check, monitor, remind and guide subordinates to follow the rules and regulations.
3.Other duties
- Any reports & tasks are assigned by BOD.
