We are one of the leading audit firms which have been delivering audit services since 1992  as a southern branch of ASC audit firm at that time .

After highly efficient operation during three years, the branch was changed to an independent audit firm which was named Sai Gon financial, accounting consulting and auditing company limited (AFC) and located at 138 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, District 3, Ho Chi Minh city, meeting the need of audit market, especially need of using audit services from enterprises in economic areas, industrial clusters and key projects in the sourth region, assuring the growth of companies and creating competitive motivate to accelerate the development of audit market. Pursuant to Decision No.263/QĐ-BTC dated 19 January 2004 approved by the Minister of the Ministry of Finance on the transformation of AFC Sai Gon state owned company to Financial, Accounting Consulting and Auditing Joint Stock Company.

In accordance with Decree No.105/2004/NĐ-CP issued by the Government about independent audit, Circular No.64/2004/TT-BTC dated 29 June 2004 issued by the Ministry of Finance, Decree No.133/2005/NĐ-CP dated 31 Octover 2005 issued by the Government and the Letter No.204/TCT-ĐT dated 28 November 2006 issued by the SCIC about the transformation of Financial, Accounting Consulting and Auditing Joint Stock Company to Financial, Accounting Consulting and Auditing many-member company limited. The Company culminated the transformation and from 07 May 2007, Financial, Accounting Consulting and Auditing many-member company limited officially started its operation according to the business certificate No. 4102049845 issued by the Department of Investment and Planning of Ho Chi Minh city.

The Company changed its name to BDO Vietnam Company Limited according to the seventh amended business certificate dated 09 December 2009 and since 30 November 2012, the Company's name has been changed to AFC Vietnam auditing company limited according to the business certificate No.0300448995 issued by the Department of Investment and Planning of Ho Chi Minh city.

Today, we has become an official member of PKF International network.
