• Viet Nhat Auditing Company Limited (herein after called as “KTVN”), an independent firm to specialize professional services in auditing, accounting and investment consulting, was renamed on July 21, 2011 from KTVN Partnership set up on November 03, 2005. Viet Nhat Auditing Company Limited is a member firm of Federation ASEAN Accounting Firms (ASNAF) from the date of establishment.

• KTVN was formed by the group of the certified public auditor (CPAs) and professional consultants who had worked in the auditing and consulting field. Currently, KTVN is a member of Federation ASEAN Accounting Firms (ASNAF), one of the professional auditing and accounting federation in the world. With these advantages, we possess the valuable manpower resources to confidently provide professional services requiring full understanding of Vietnam business environment and with international quality standards.

Our staffs represent for Company as its client service and success. Currently, our company has 13 auditors in CPA by the Ministry of Finance, with experience of 5 to 10 years.

• Viet Nhat Company Limited is an auditing firm with abilities and functions for providing and consulting services to many kind of clients. Especially, since the year of 2008, our Company has been accepted by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) to audit the financial statements, capital statements for public companies, all companies listed on the Vietnam security market and this has been shown in the Decision no. 974/QĐ-UBCK dated November 23, 2012 by SSC, particularly for the year of 2013.
• Besides that, we have closely cooperation with governmental departments and well – experienced experts from investment and securities industries.
