Nhân viên kế toán tại Khánh Hòa

• Thực hiện những công việc theo yêu cầu hướng dẫn của CBLĐ trực tiếp
• Thực hiện các công việc chuyên môn trên hệ thống SAP
• Báo cáo định kỳ theo ngày/tuần cho CBLĐ trực tiếp

Đào tạo 2-3 tháng tại Hà Nội.

• Sinh viên mới ra trường hoặc có ít kinh nghiệm, có bằng giỏi, quyết liệt, muốn gắn bó lâu dài, tư duy sáng tạo, có tham vọng
• Các bạn trẻ thì có kinh nghiệm ở các TĐ lớn có tư duy hệ thống, có cách làm và tư duy khác biệt.
• Có Tiếng Anh (mức khá)

• Ensure financial transactions are properly recorded and accurately entered into the accounting systems
• Ensure compliance with government and corporate policies laws and regulations
• Monitor compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and hotel procedures
• Review, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.
• Undertake cash and bank reconciliations
• Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts, cost centers and document business transactions.
• Responsible for verification of income, receivables & debtors reconciliation
• Prepare monthly reports
• Prepare monthly revenue and cost center reports
• Prepare financial statements and other reports to summarize and interpret current and projected company financial position.
• Analyze transactions, processes and identify areas where additional accuracies and efficiencies can be achieved.
• Apply cost accounting methods to achieve efficient representation of cost center performance.
• Maintain system of accounts and keep records on all company transactions and assets
• Report, analyze, and ensure integrity of all financial information.

• Degree in Accounting or Finance with good raking.
• Proficiency accounting system and Microsoft office.
• Dynamic and good team player.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines in a pressurized environment
