Legal risk control for businesses
Advise the company on the provisions of the law on the industry in which the company is operating
Controlling financial balance, making short-term and medium-term financial plans for the entire company's activities.
Checking and assessing tax risks, giving reasonable and timely balancing measures.
Set up internal control system, combined with departments to set up operating budget for the company.
Final settlement with tax authorities
Organizing division of activities for employees in the department.
Coordinating with the Qs department and the construction department to keep a close eye on the specific activities of the company, thereby making timely financial decisions.
Check and set up CIT, VAT, PIT reports, taxes, fees and other documents related to tax, statistics, investment planning departments.
On behalf of the director to receive tax inspection teams, market managers, fire protection police...
Completing banking procedures, such as borrowing capital, disbursing, comparing loan interests, arising taxes and fees...etc.
Control revenue, expenditure, bank deposits, plan to recover overdue debts and bad debts.
Set up payroll scale system, check the accuracy of monthly payroll.
Financial balance, import and export control.
Making monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue reports and financial statements of internal operations.
Controlling internal reports of accounting, logistics and warranty departments
Advise the Director on the rational use of finance.
Working with public authorities such as tax, investment planning, insurance, statistics, trade union, police, procuracy...etc

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor of major in related fields
At least 5 years of experience in the same position
Good English or good Chinese
Proficiency in information technology office Word, Excel, the specialized sections, ...
Ability to plan, organize, administer, manage work.
