• Implement and analyze firgures to prepare entries to general ledger accounts.
• Be responsible for balances of all accounts.
• Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements, the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
• Prepare a variety of tax and management reports.
• Follow, evaluate and inventory real property and equipment, recording information such as the property's description, value, depreciation expense and location.
• Conduct the periodical fixed assets inspection and stock take and reconcile with the current assets list.
• Accomplish finance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Perform other tasks as requirements.
• Perform day-to-day operation of bookkeeping.
• Ensure records of expenditures are accurately updated in the accounting system.
• Record and monitor the operating expenses.
• Prepare monthly payroll (if any), claims, employee benefit expenses and relevant costs.
• Generate and monitor the monthly expenses budget vs actual expenses.
• Prepare and submit the statistics and other reports to Government.
• Prepare, handle and complete the legal documents and procedures such as renewal of the regional office registration (if any).
• Provide the required documents for HQ (China) for internal & external audit.
• Prepare the yearly operating budget vs previous year record of the Vietnam office.
