WORK EXPERIENCE

Building Executive

- Stay informed of changes to space assignments in their facilities. 
- Coordinate department facility related activities and projects. 
- Develop and implement facility emergency plans. 
- During evacuations, assists emergency response teams in assessing building condition, locating
missing personnel, shutting off utilities, and delivering a status report to assembly point leaders. 
- Record and attend to all residents’ complaints, promptly and efficiently. 

 PM Assistant

- Arrange meetings/ appointments for the Property Manager and attend those meetings for taking
minutes as requires. 
- Assist in set-up and implementation of operational procedures and performance standards. 
- Record fully and tidy all documentaries issued by Property Management (handover minutes, tenant
manual, renovation guidance, work schedule, work shift…). 
- Gather all reports from divisions and prepared a summary report on weekly and monthly basis and
submit to the Property Manager for approval before providing to BoD of the Building/ Project. 
- Work with the suppliers, constructors and involve the negotiation process and contract. 

Assistant Director

- Assisting sale administrative tasks such as preparing business contract, accounting procedure,... 
- Checking all payment request for operation 
- Providing admin assistance such as travel arrangement, document translation, etc. 
- Assisting to Director in preparing contracts and documents. 
- Any other duties and project that may be required by Director and Founder.

Admin Clerk - Temporary

- Ensuring all calls and visitors are dealt with in a professional and courteous manner which represents
the company’s image. 
- Handling the Head Office switchboard, in and out mails/goods/ newspapers and matters relating to
guests, visitors to ensure providing good services to internal and external customers. 
- Updating company's telephone directory to the intranet for staff's use. 
- Unlocking the main entrance daily for staff and guests to enter the office for their working purpose. 
- Following the payments relating to incoming mails/goods that need to be paid by cash (import taxes,
service charge,...) so that the mails/goods will be timely released to relevant departments. 
- Receiving registrations for staff daily lunch to combine into a list for sending to Payroll n Supplier. 
- Support Admin team to organize company’s events (Brewery meetings, VIP visit,..). 
- Manage and upload Admin’s contract to company’s system. 
- Manage & follow up payment for suppliers (Hotel, Canteen, Defect in Brewery...) on Heineken System
(SRM, Zycus,..)
