1) Job position: Accountant Payable at Cargill Company from 2011
Business field: Producing and distributing of Animal nutrition food: pig, chicken, shrimp, fish...
Responsibility:
o Collect and arrange all payment requests, invoices, documents for the payment sent other departments to make
sure all are complied with internal policy and tax laws
o Input data into system, prepare payment vouchers and bank payment order, receipt via banks.
o Identify and monitor construction projects, equipment, machinery lines as fixed assets.
o Follows up cash advance and advance liquidation, ensure claims are paid in time according to payment terms
o Assist in providing AP information and/or documents as may be required by auditors.
o Forecast money needs to pay with banks, make orders, run payment, etc.,
o In-charge of input VAT invoices for VAT declaration
o Booking and monthly reconcile accrued expenses.
o Reconsider with the bank statement and other balance sheet accounts with sub-ledgers
