Accounting tasks:
✓ Handle petty cash transactions
✓ Follow up Cash/ Bank, weekly/monthly update to Senior Accountant.
✓ Book daily transactions into accounting software.
✓ Check and Issue E-invoices to customer.
✓ Record and follow payment from supplier and customer.
✓ Work with bank & Arrange payment to supplier/admin things.
✓ Support sales to chasing payment from customer/supplier.
✓ Do emailship form to DHL and follow + record shipment of DHL.
✓ Do reports to track monthly orders and declare monthly input VAT and output VAT.
Admin tasks:
✓ Make timesheets and monthly payrolls for staffs.
✓ Monitoring and managing the company's assets;
✓ Work all the matters related to government policies.
✓ Follow all the Social Insurance process for staff.
✓ Planning and calculating the company's stationery need;
✓ Working closely with HR to plan and organize internal activities, events...
✓ Drafting and ensuring the administrative procedures/ purchasing.
✓ Doing sales contract, sample order, payment request, VAT requisition to supplier and customer.
✓ Follow Grab and VN post transaction and check their invoice at the end of month.
✓ Cooperate with Procurement team to register logistic service and follow import/export lots.
✓ And other tasks assigned by Senior Accountant.
